How To Make Yourself Unstoppable And Your Goals Inevitable

How committed are you to your goal of getting into better physical shape, exercising regularly and eating better? It makes it so much easier if you build yourself unstoppable motivation.

How do you do this? It is simple but not easy.

The only way to motivate yourself to be unstoppable is to decide now that you are totally and completely committed to doing whatever it takes to reach your goal.

A great example of this is athletes. Watch any sporting event, and when the winner is interviewed the reporter asks, “What was going through your mind during the competition?” The answer is often, “I stay focused and think about the crowd cheering for me and ultimately winning!” This is the type of answer provided repeatedly. It is what makes you unstoppable.

4 key elements to being unstoppable:

Commitment:

You have to have a strong commitment to success. Think of a scale of 1-10, with 1 being no desire and 10 being so excited you can taste it.

You have to get yourself committed to a number that will drive you. Ask yourself, “What level am I at now [1-10)?” Then ask yourself, “What level do I have to be to reach my goal [1-10)?” Then the last question: “What will it take for me to get to that level?”

Vision:

You must see yourself crossing the finish line. See yourself in an outfit that looks good on you or playing with your kids and easily keeping up. Or bursting with energy and an “inner sense of wellbeing”. Feeling fantastic on the inside shows on the outside too.

Action:

You must follow through and take action. Nothing happens until you take that first and subsequent steps. This is what makes the difference.

Belief:

You must believe you can do this and be grateful that you are on the right track. Your belief in yourself will drive you to continue pursuing your goal even when you don’t feel like it.

Ask yourself which element you need to focus for your plan to get started.

By identifying the key element you need to focus on, you can tailor your approach to building unstoppable motivation and achieving your health and fitness goals. Whether it’s deepening your commitment, enhancing your vision, taking decisive actions, or reinforcing your belief in yourself, each component plays a crucial role in your journey.

Reflect on your current status and pinpoint where you need to strengthen your resolve. Maybe you need to visualize your success more vividly or perhaps you need to create a more structured action plan. Whatever it is, focus on it diligently and make it a priority.

Remember, building unstoppable motivation is not a one-time effort but a continuous process.

As you progress, reassess and adjust your strategies to keep yourself on track. Stay flexible and open to change, understanding that setbacks are part of the journey and learning from them is essential.
